I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus and I've just received a message that a trojan is loading (something like that)...when I opened kaspersky protection state it says: status -infected, Trojan program.TrojanJSagent.axt and the location is the website I visited. What to do now, how to remove infection (because the field remove is disabled for some reason). Please help?

Ive broke my laptop not very long ago, and the laptop was really good thought, it was very fast, no delays, and great. But ive Bought a new laptop, and its no where near as good. I have no idea wt make it is, but its kinda new. Its a windows vista, Toshiba, and thts all i know. But when i go on random websites it takes quit awhile to load up the page, and when im playing games, its very laggy, like when i click something it takes awhile to react. And the worst part, is my old laptop when i loaded the laptop, it would take about 30 secs to get to home page, now this laptop takes around 5 minuets?? Why?? Ive tried deleting some stuff, weve got virus protection, no viruses, Its got a big RAM, and over 200GB harddrive, but its 2 100GB harddrives. Please can somebody help me? Why is my new laptop so slow, and how can i make it alot quicker? and less delayed? Without having to buy tons of things to make laptop faster that cost a fortune.. Im only 15. And i dont want to buy a new laptop. Thanks for help!

I have a gateway mx6421 with windows xp I keep getting the blue death screen which does not stay up long enough for me to get an error code. I have tried to uninstall drivers remove programs and system restore and none have worked. I have tried reinstalling windows xp and it states I am running a newer version (which isn't true). I have done virus scans, disc scans and the blue screen as usual shuts the computer down. I would do a system recovery however I do not have the disc (gateway did not give them) I have tried preforming it from the D drive however once I put in the operating disc which came with the computer it makes it to 18% and the damn blue screen shuts it down. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. I just want my computer back and my computer to stop shutting down.

i gota virus or someting from btjunkie im sure ur familiar with that site. i go on theyre and get games like i normally do and one of them ****** up my pc. i used avg and some other thing and it helped alittle bit. at first it wouldnt even let me pull up task manager to end something that wasnt working. but my pc isnt completly healed. its slow as a mofu, and my internet connection changed to 10.0 mbps. and it freezes at times and i need to reboot it. but when i turn it on bfore i can do anything something pops up and says error loading C:\WWINDOWS\system32\msaouahn.dll the specified module could not be found

I have a Dell Latitude Laptop using Windows XP. I took it to Geek Squad because it was skipping and the freezing up when I played DVDs or any kind of audio. When it freezes I have to turn it off witut shutting it down. It also wouldn't freeze right away..it freezes into about 10 minutes of playing DVDs or youtube videos. It was also making weird noises when it froze. Best Buy informed me that the noise wasn't any hardware issue, but the kind of noise the computer makes when it's frozen. They said nothing was wrong hardware wise, and that I had 6 viruses on the laptop. Well now, all those viruses are removed, and my laptop is still skipping and freezing when I play DVDs..to the point where I have to turn off the computer without shutting it down. If it's not viruses, and geek squad said everything is fine with the computer physically, then what is it? 1 second ago

i realy want to make animated vids. and i heard you can download it for free on zdsoft.com. but lately, i had to reformat my laptop cuz of viruses. btw, if anyone still uses mangafox.com, i recommend you not. thats where i got the virus and also from anilinkz.com. but anyways, nowadays i need to be very careful. so if anyone had experienced having viruses from zdsoft.com, pleas let me know.!

My computer had a virus and we got it rebooted and after getting it rebooted there is no sound but when I go on device manager and check it says the sound is fine and games that require sound are playing I think it has something to do with the settings. I went and checked almost all of them and there seems to be no problem last time there was a similar problem and someone sorted it out they sound sound was going in as an input and not coming out as an out put if this is the problem does someone know how I can adjust and if this is not the problem what is the problem. I have windows 7

Personally I never have 2 Anti-Virus programs installed at the same time. They seem to have a knack for totally screwing each other up. They like to detect each other as a virus signature and tend to blow each other up. ~Yiffy MSE

I've been to all the sites to help out with removing the program however they all request that I change the LAN settings. I do this but seconds later they get automatically changed back. Whenever I open a file the message: "Application cannot be executed... file is infected" Therefore I am unable to run any programs such as Task Manager in order to counter this virus. Can someone please help me out because it seems I am defenseless. Thankyou

There is a horrible virus on my computer that has taken some access away from me, I cannot do any system restores or open any anti-vir. programs. I cannot find my windows reinstall disc, is there any other hope for this computer out there?

Last night my computer rebooted without warning or explanation. It came back up with everything normal seeming so I assumed it was one of those bastard windows updates. About an hour later I was using firefox and then it stopped responding to clocks. Outside of firefox, a mouseclick was recognized once per item, but no more. Using alt + ctrl + del results in the icon for the system monitor showing up in the tasktray, but nothing more. I could not interact. I rebooted it in safe mode and used system restore to take it to about 3 days back. (I haven't had any other day work so far and I've tried at least 10 different days.) I thought it had fixed it, and I left the computer running all night with no programs open. In the morning, I went to firefox and after about 10 minutes, everything locked again. Rebooted and tried internet explorer with the same result. I just now removed firefox 3.0 and then installed 3.5, but that didn't change anything. While downloading new nvidia drivers (I suspect that it's a graphical problem) the system locked again and I just now rebooted. I am very frustrated. Neither AVG nor SpyRemover find any viruses or other malware. They're both up to date. Part of what is bothering me is that there are no symptoms of viruses or malware outside of this. In some ways, that would almost be preferable. At the moment though, I am stuck, so please do what you can to help.

My computer (xp) kept on showing this message about this csrss.exe thing....i have no experience with computers but i looked it up and it said that it's a system file or it cud be a virus??? i searched my computer for csrss.exe files and 3 results came up....i'll copy them onto this but can anybody tell me if any of these are viruses or not? please CSRSS.EXE-03323C54.pf location=C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch csrss.exe location=C:\WINDOWS\system32 csrss.exe location=C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i38… P.S. i scanned them with AVG but it said that it has no infections...i don't know if i shud trust AVG I also scanned my whole computer with AVg and the sign about the csrss.exe doesn't come up anymore but i need to know if any of those files are viruses or not...thanks for the help :)
